Mostly Furnished 2BR 1BA Ohana In Kihei - This mostly furnished 2 BR 1 BA Ohana is available 6/1/2023. The Ohana comes furnished with an electric range, microwave, refrigerator, a new sofa, a large screen smart TV and new bedroom linens. There is a new split-air conditioning system with three indoor air handlers in the living room and both bedrooms. The unit also includes 3 ceiling fans. Double pane Milgard windows keep the house quiet and new blackout blinds in the living room and bedrooms help keep it cool. Full size washer/dryer is available for exclusive use by the Ohana tenants. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Back yard lanai is available for the tenants use.
Water & sewer (up to $100.00 per month), standard trash, and yard maintenance included in the rent. Tenants responsible for electricity, any LP gas, and any cable/internet packages they desire.
Garage is not available for tenants use. The owner stores his personal belongings there.
