This unfurnished studio apartment offers everything you need for comfortable living. Enjoy cooking in your fully equipped kitchen which includes a premium refrigerator, newer cooktop, and microwave. Interiors were recently painted French door exterior and Japanese shoji doors for bedroom area privacy. Relax in your spacious living room or take in the fresh air on your covered lanai with expansive bi-coastal views. You'll appreciate the convenience of having your own exclusive laundry room and you'll love coming home to this peaceful retreat at the end of a long day. Owners retain the upstairs and the adjacent downstairs ohana for their use, tenant may use a covered carport for parking when the owner is off island, otherwise tandem parking at the top of the property with a short stroll down the sloped pathway to access the unit.
Water, sewer, standard trash, basic Wi-Fi and landscaping are included. Electric is included up to $200 a month, anything over will be a tenant responsibility. Any other utilities including obtaining and maintaining renters' insurance. No Pets Please.
