The kitchen, living room and master bedroom all open up to the private courtyard pool area. The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with lots of windows for natural light, walk-in shower, oversized jetted tub and large closets. Chef's kitchen features granite countertops, large pantry, wine cooler, Sub-Zero double door fridge, Wolf 6 burner gas range, Wolf microwave & oven, and Fisher & Paykel double drawer dishwasher. 
Five minute walk to Keawakapu Beach! Easy and quick access to all of South Maui's world famous beaches, restaurants, golf and shopping. Live in a tranquil tropical oasis. This is a must see!
Utilities included: Pool Service, Landscaping, Standard Trash Service, Gas that supplies the Wolf 6 burner range, WiFi/Internet as provided (any upgrades will be a tenant expense), Electric up to $300 a month (any overages will be a tenant expense(average cost for electric is $185 a month)), and Water/Sewer up to $330 a month (any overages will be a tenant expense (average cost for water/sewer is $150 a month)). No transfer of these services will be required-owners will keep all these utilities in their name. Any additional utilities that the tenant may want would be a tenant expense along with tenants being responsible for the propane tanks supplying the BBQ grill and tiki torches surrounding the pool.
One year minimum term. Tenant(s) required to obtain and maintain renter's insurance. Small dog will be considered.
