Unfurnished 3 Bedroom/2 Bath home in North Kihei. - This unfurnished 3 bedroom and 2 bath home has been freshly painted and includes updated kitchen appliances, AC, ceiling fans and washer/dryer. Carport for 2 vehicles. At the end of the Cul-de-sac is Hale Piilani Park that features baseball/softball fields, basketball courts, parking, playground and soccer field. Lilikoi and orange trees in front yard. 
Owner pays for water, sewer and trash. Tenant responsible for all other utilities. 
The owner supplies an electric lawnmower and extension cord as tenant is responsible for yard maintenance. There is one (1) refuse container for both this unit and the other unit owned by owner on this property. Tenants shall share with any other of the owner’s tenants the refuse container. 
Tenants will park in the carport, and always leave ample room for any back unit tenants to enter and exit the driveway and parking areas to the left of the carport. Otherwise, street parking only.
