Kihei Alii Kai 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom - Mostly furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit in the Kihei Alii Kai Complex located just up the street from the Dolphin Plaza off South Kihei Road. Complex amenities for residents include a pool, spa, BBQ areas, tennis court, lending library, and a car wash area. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. 
Utilities include water, sewer, standard trash removal, quarterly pest control inside and out, and basic cable only as provided by the HOA. Tenant responsible for all other utilities including obtaining and maintaining renters insurance. 
 This unit has a washer, but NO dryer, and is priced accordingly to the status/overall shape of the unit.
