This 2 Bedroom 1 Bath, completely unfurnished, ground floor unit has been tastefully upgraded featuring modern energy efficient lighting throughout, bladeless lighted ceiling fans, A/C , faux wood plank tile flooring throughout, W/D in unit, stainless steel kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, ample shelving, new cabinets, tiled shower, cork flooring in master bedroom walk in closet, and granite countertops. Water, sewer, standard trash removal, basic cable and quarterly pest control as supplied by association are all included in the rent. Tenant responsible for electric, internet, yard maintenance inside of fenced in area/private yard, any upgrades to the basic cable provided, and obtaining and maintaining renters insurance.
