Single level partially furnished home outfitted with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with the classic white picket fence surrounding the spacious and private yard with a nice variety of fruit trees including Bananas, Pomelo Hawaiian orange, tangerine, and mango. Large covered lanai for outdoor enjoyment. Many upgrades throughout the home over the years. Central A/C and wall unit A/C's in most of the bedrooms for more precise zone temperature control. The kitchen features Italian Costa Esmeralda granite countertops, new cabinetry, dual stainless sink and all stainless appliances including a dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer in home. There are two other cottage/ohanas on the property that are completely separate from the home. Located in a wonderful location in beautiful South Maui close to some of the best amenities and attractions including world renowned beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and activities. 
 
Included utilities are water, sewer, standard trash/refuse, basic WiFi/Internet, and yard service. Tenant(s) responsible for all other utilities including obtaining and maintaining renters insurance. The home does have a separate electric meter. Pet friendly. Available for a 6 month minimum term, 1 year preferred. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis- a pet dog would be $100 more per month 
per dog and a pet cat woud be $50 more per month per pet cat.
