Possible access to the Pool behind the main house during certain times of the year when the main house is vacant etc. 
Wailuku Heights is a prominent neighborhood that sits on the central valley side of the West Maui Mountains at around 1000 feet of elevation. Centrally located to easily access the airport, world class beaches, golf courses, hospital, shopping and dining. Short walk down the street to the community park that hosts a large grassy field, kids playground and adult exercise stations with captivating bi-coastal views of the Northshore and South shore. Every morning you can watch the sun rise over Haleakala. Every late afternoon/early evening as the sun sets behind the 5,788 foot tall West Maui Mountains Wailuku Heights gets cast in the shadows and starts cooling off earlier than most places on the island.
Included utilities are electric (up to $350 a month), water/sewer (up to $250 a month), high speed WiFi internet as the owner provides, standard trash/refuse service. Tenant does not need to transfer any of these utilities into their name. Tenant would be responsible for obtaining and maintaining a renters insurance policy. No pets please.
