 Each bedroom is beautifully decorated; the master bedroom features a luxurious king plush bed with designer pillows and linens also for your added convenience it features a T.V. and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a plush queen bed and T.V. as well.
 This beautiful Scottsdale vacation condo is decorated with elegance and style with accent colors, hardwood floors and ceramic floors throughout.
 Rental Details for this Vacation Rental:
 Provide for your stay in the rental: Linens, fully equipped kitchen (with cookware, utensils and dishes, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker etc.), apartment sized washer and dryer inside the unit, basic cable, Wi-Fi, local calls only phone service, water, owner covers $100 of electric and a necessity starter kit including toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels. The community has 2 pools, hot tubs, fitness center, gas grills near main pool and onsite coin laundry room
 Fees and deposits required for this renting this unit: $125-$190 non-refundable cleaning fee, $99 non-refundable damage waiver fee and a security deposit starting at $500. The length of your stay and the size of the unit will determine the amount of the security deposit.This unit is pet friendly* (must be approved by Management) which requires a $150-$200 non-refundable pet fee.
 The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 21+ days during the summer months of April-October. Anything not used for electric or damages will be refunded back to you after you check out* and electric bill expenses have been covered.
