This two (2) bedroom two (2) bathroom residence offers a uniquely designed décor that is reminiscent of trendy boutique hotels. This wonderful condo features three (3) LED screen TVs, granite countertops, washer/dryer, travertine stone tile floors, and Berber carpets. The main living area has a 42" LCD TV, stylish leather furniture and work desk to set up your laptop (secure wireless internet provided). The dining room presents beautifully with modern glass table with comfortable seating for four (4). The spacious patio boasts a table for four (4) for alfresco dinning. 
 The sophisticated master bedroom has a king size bed, plasma TV, dresser, bedside tables, en suite bathroom and large closet. The well-appointed second bedroom has two twin beds, two bedside tables with lamps, dresser and plasma TV. 
 This trendy condo is close to signature restaurants, bars and destination spas. It is the perfect place to vacation with its comfortable lounge chairs by the two heated pools and close proximity to world-class golf, shopping and dining. 
 This is a vacation rental that includes:
 -Linens, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer inside the unit, has a community pool and fitness center, community grill near pool, onsite coin laundry room, starter kits of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels.
 This unit is also pet friendly with a pet fee starting $150 non-refundable. You will be required to pay a cleaning fee starting at $150 depending on length of stay, $99 non-refundable damage waiver and a security deposit starting at $1000. The length of your stay and the size of the unit will determine the amount of the security deposit. 
The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 21+ days during the summer months of April -October. During the months of April – October our tenants are responsible for any electric use overage that exceeds $100 per month. This is done to encourage the tenant to help conserve energy when the house is not being occupied and to allow for our monthly rental rates for summer stays to be lower. If there is an overage on the usage it will be taken from the deposit. If usage exceeds the deposit amount the tenant is responsible for the cost of the overage. Anything we do not use, we refund back to you after you check out.
