This spacious 4 bedrooms plus Den condo will sleep 10 people with 2 master bedrooms with king beds, 3rd bedroom with queen bed, 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds and the Den with full sized sleeper sofa. Great rental for a larger group or family. It also comes with assigned covered parking spot right outside the door and an assigned detached 1 car garage. This is a rare find in condos so don't miss out on renting it for the summer

This is a vacation rental that includes:
-Linens, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer inside the unit, has a community pool, starter kits of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels.
This unit is NOT a pet friendly unit. You will be required to pay a non-refundable cleaning fee starting at $240 depending on length of stay, $125 non-refundable damage waiver and a security deposit starting at $500.
The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 21+ days during the summer months of April-October. Anything we do not use, we refund back to you after you check out.
