This Vacation Rental is located in the quite, gated Encore neighborhood that is just minutes from world class shopping, dining and golf. 
This Beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bath Tuscan style condo has everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious vacation. This lovely condo has been redecorated and has all new appliances, carpet and paint that were added in 2011. Enjoy the beautifully decorated state of the art gourmet kitchen with granite slab countertops, stainless steel appliances which includes a 30 bottle wine refrigerator. The kitchen is large and opens into a great room-living room area with oversize comfy micro suede sofas, 50 inch flat screen TV, IPod Dock, DVD player, and a gas fireplace. 
The Master Suite has a pillow top King bed, 42 inch flat screen TV, Ipod Dock, double sinks, soaking tub, separate glass/ tile shower, walk in closet, travertine tile on countertops, shower, and flooring. 
Two additional beautifully appointed bedrooms have a shared bath with combined tub/shower travertine tile one countertops and flooring. The second bedroom offers a queen with added featherbed top. The 3rd bedroom offers two twin beds with added featherbed tops. Both bedrooms have large closets and ceiling fans.

Enjoy a large spacious patio with views of McDowell Mountains. The patio has a large dining table with seating for 6 which can be accessed from living room or master suite.

The location of this condo is fantastic. It is just 2 miles from 101 loop, 20 minutes from Phoenix International Airport, 10 minutes from world class Scottsdale Shopping and dining, 5 minutes from world class golf at TPC of Scottsdale (home of the Phoenix Open) and 12 minutes from West World which is a premier, nationally recognized, user-friendly equestrian center and special events facility. West World hosts many well-known events like Barrett- Jackson Collector Car Auction, Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show & Shopping 
This is a vacation rental that includes: 
-Linens, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer inside the unit, has a community pool and fitness center, community grill near pool, starter kits of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels. 
This unit is NOT a pet friendly property. You will be required to pay a $175-$215 cleaning fee, $99 non-refundable damage waiver and a security deposit starting at $800. The length of your stay and the size of the unit will determine the amount of the security deposit. 
The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 21+ days during the summer months of April -October. Anything we do not use, we refund back to you after you check out. 
**THIS IS A 30 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL. You will be asked to provide information for the tenant registration that will be submitted to the HOA for each reservation.**
