The Golf Links Townhouse is approximately 1150 square feet with both a patio and an upstairs balcony overlooking the golf course. There is an iPod docking station and a stereo for your listening pleasure. There is a full size twin bed downstairs adjacent to the laundry room with a large load washing machine. The downstairs bath includes a shower, tub, and separate sink and vanity with a large closet. A 42 inch flat screen TV is centrally located above a cozy electric fireplace in the living room with room flooring. A quiet reading area is situated near the dining room. A bar with bar stools overlooks the kitchen. The kitchen includes a large GE microwave above an electric stove. The dishwasher is located near the sink which overlooks the 12th hole of the golf course. For your convenience, our home comes with internet and a land phone for local calls. Satellite TV is provided by Dish.

This is a vacation rental that includes:
-Linens, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave, has a community pool and tennis court, community gas grills near pool starter kits of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels.
This unit is NOT pet friendly. You will be required to pay a $125 cleaning fee, $99 non-refundable damage waiver and a $500 security deposit.
The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 25+ days during the summer months of May-October. Anything we do not use, we refund back to you after you check out.
