The home is one of three structures on the property. The tenant only has unlimited access to the fenced in yard and unit B, with some overflow parking allowance in the gravel area just off of the unit. 
Approaching the property from Carmel Valley road, you'll drive down a private road, which will bring you to a gate which can only be entered by code/clicker. You'll notice the barn to the left, large grassy areas just in front of you, the 2 bedroom unit to just to the right of that, and finally the other rental unit on site toward the back right of the property.
