If you are selected, when signing the lease we require cashier's checks only. No personal checks. Cashier's checks must be made out to Now Realty Group. Check one is for the total rent including utilities and pet rent. Check two is for the total of security deposits.

The tenant is generally responsible for all utilities unless it is a condo with HOA that covers some of the utilities. You may be responsible for gas, garbage, electric, water, cable.
