Check one is for the total rent including utilities and pet rent. Check two is for the total of security deposits.

The tenant is generally responsible for all utilities unless it is a condo with HOA that covers some of the utilities. You may be responsible for gas, garbage, electric, water, cable.

SCREENING CRITERIA

If you meet the application criteria and are accepted you should know that other renters in the area are being screened with equal care and that the risk of illegal activity occurring in the area is reduced. In addition, we accept the first qualified applicant. All adults are required to apply to complete screening.
