Portland Heights Condo Close To Vista Springs Café and Ainsworth Elementary. - Although this is a condominium, it feels more like a bungalow home on the street level. With hardwood floors, wonderful details and a large patio, this is easy one level living that is close to everything downtown.
 
As you enter, there is a small entry before reaching the door of the condominium. Once inside, you will find a hall leading to a living room that has a big bay window, a wood burning fireplace and a door leading out to the patio/porch. Off of the living room is the sizable kitchen and dining area. Clean and bathed in white, the kitchen is large enough for preparing for dinner parties, but small enough to be manageable.
