After twenty years of real estate and property management experience, Scott & Glenda Yocum took their knowledge to the next level and formed Nittany Property Management, Inc. They put together an experienced team to oversee and manage the properties in their portfolio, which has grown exponentially since they opened their doors in 2008. Scott & Glenda both grew up in Centre County and together raised their family in State College. They have four grown children and five grandchildren that they enjoy spending time with. Scott & Glenda are very active in the Centre County community.

Studio Apartment at College Court -- July 2024 - This studio apartment is located in the College Court complex on Blue Course Drive. This apartment comes fully furnished with a murphy bed, TV & TV stand, loveseat, end table with lamp, and dining table with two chairs; the apartment can be rented unfurnished for an additional fee. There is a CATA bus stop located nearby and the Northland Center is just across Blue Course Drive. There are four on-site coin-operated laundry rooms for tenants to use. Rent is $700/month and includes all utilities except basic electric and cable. Pets are not permitted in this apartment. The lease will go 7/15/24-7/6/25 with the option to renew.
