Ideally situated near the Southwest Waterfront, less than a block from Nationals Stadium, you will have the best options for attractions and entertainment right at your fingertips! Make sure to catch a game at the stadium (though you could probably watch on TV and hear it live from your backyard!) or enjoy some time at any of the nearby parks and rec centers! In just a few blocks, you'll be able to take in the waterfront, which will be perfect as summer rolls around. If you're looking for a night out, nearby favorites such as Dacha Beer Garden, The Salt Line, or Jackie American Bistro are just a short walk away! With multiple buslines surrounding you, as well as the Navy Yard metro station (green/yellow line) just 3 blocks away, commuting from this location is a breeze. If you're looking to travel outside the city, you have a parking spot included in your rent to allow you to hop right in the car!
Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas; tenants will also pay a $100 flat fee for water. Dogs welcome!
