This is a 3-bedroom 2.5 bath town home end unit- in a quiet, nestled neighborhood - just a short walk from downtown Waynesboro. Enter into the living room on the main floor where you will also find a half-bath followed by an eat-in kitchen with gas stove. (With a walk-out deck attached) Head downstairs to access the garage to access washer and dryer hookups. Tenants provide
their own washer and dryer. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a private, full bathroom (walk-in shower) and a walk-in closet. In the hallway, there is a linen closet and another full bath with a shower tub.
