On- street parking on a one way street. Shaded back courtyard is fenced in with privacy fence with gate to the street. Efficient Gas forced air heat and gas hot water. 
Tenant pays utilities of gas, electric , water/sewer.

Pet Fee of $250 (non-refundable)
Prohibited Dog Breeds:
Akita, Show, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Sharpei, Wolf Hybrid, Husky, German Shepherd
UTILITIES
Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal.
