Barnett Station - Three Bedroom SUBSIDIZED - Thank you for your interest in Barnett Station in Shelby MI. We have 2 and 3 bed townhouses for rent through an assistance program that will pay a portion of your rent similar to section 8.
All of our available townhouses are placed through the local housing agency. I can send you their application by email to print yourself or by postal mail. Generally speaking, applicants for a three bedroom need to have a minimum household size of one adult and three children or a qualifying exemption for more room. They also have special requirements such as the applicant household must be low income as well as meet one of the three following criteria: homeless/at risk of imminent homelessness, special needs, and/or fleeing domestic violence.
