Heat is via a wood stove or propane wall heater and tenant would be responsible for account with Kamps. Tenant would need to get a PO Box for mail. No Laundry hookups but Laundrymat is just down the road. Landlord provides pest service as well as a whole property generator when power goes out (but not during planned outages). This property can have a maximum of 2 occupants and 2 cars. Water and electrical meter to be read monthly, Internet provided via Conifer at minimum $50/month and all paid with rent.
