This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is approximately 2,064 sq. ft. Three bedrooms and 2 baths are upstairs and one bedroom and 1 bath are in the finished basement. Laminate floors on main level with a roomy kitchen with all appliances and eating space. Home has a fenced in back yard with patio. This home was built in 1992 and is located in school District 20. As with most homes in Colorado, it does NOT have AC. 
Owner will permit TWO pets, max 35 lbs. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly charge per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records.
As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises.

Applicant has the right to provide MileStone RES with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides MileStone RES with a PTSR, MileStone RES is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for MileStone RES to access or use the PTSR.
