This home is a large 2 story home with a finished basement. Three bedrooms are located on the top floor along with a full hall bathroom and laundry room. The master bedroom is upstairs and has an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. There is a large flex space upstairs that can be used as an office. The main level is tile floor with a living room, formal dining room, and beautiful kitchen. The kitchen has a large butcher block island that contrasts the dark stone counter tops. The basement has the last bedroom and full bathroom. There is a secondary living room and a work out room in the basement.
The home has an attached 2 car garage that has breaker capacity for an electric car charging port. The home has central air conditioning and a fenced in backyard. The home was built in 2003, it is 3003 square feet, and is located in School District 49. The home comes with a washer and dryer. The tenant would be responsible for all utilities.
We will allow dogs but no cats in the property. Pets must be 1 year or older. If approved, there is a $300 Deposit per pet plus $35 per month added to rent per pet.
As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises.

Applicant has the right to provide MileStone RES with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and (2) if Applicant provides MileStone RE with a PTSR, MileStone RES is prohibited from: (a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or (b) charging Applicant a fee for MileStone RES to access or use the PTSR.
