This split level home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 2 car garage and is 1876 square feet. 3 bedrooms and and 2 bathrooms are on the upstairs level along with a kitchen and dining room. There is a small deck off of the kitchen. The laundry room is also located on the upper level and the washer and dryer are provided. The main level consists of the entry and a front facing living room. The lower level has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a second living room with a wood burning fireplace. There is also a wet bar in the lower level and access to the 2 car garage. The backyard is fully fenced. The home was built in 1985 and is located in School District 11. Home does not have central air conditioning. There is an air conditioner in the wall of the downstairs living room but this will not be maintained by the owner.
Dogs and cats are allowed. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. If approved, there is a $300 Deposit per pet plus $35 per month added to rent per pet.
As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises.

Applicant has the right to provide MileStone RES with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and (2) if Applicant provides MileStone RES with a PTSR, MileStone RES is prohibited from: (a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or (b) charging Applicant a fee for MileStone RES to access or use the PTSR.
