This 3 bedroom 1 bath is a ranch style home with a large fenced yard and covered parking for one car. The house is carpeted but has vinyl plank in the kitchen. All three bedrooms and the full bath are located on the ground floor past the living room. There is a large backyard that is partially fenced. Easy access to Circle and I-25 or South Nevada. This home was built in 1954 and is located in School District 2. It is approximately 894 sq. ft. This home does NOT have AC. There are laundry hookups in a laundry room off the kitchen.
Up to 2 dogs and cats allowed. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records.
As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking/vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises.
