-Credit score of 575+. Security deposit amount subject to change depending on credit report
-Household monthly net income of 2.5x the rent (monthly bills that appear on the credit report will be factored in so please include all monthly payments in the application)
-Good verifiable residential history
-No bankruptcies or evictions within the past 4 years
Please note, without accurate and thorough information regarding monthly payments noted on credit report and rental history (i.e. not filling out the rental amount, rental dates, landlord name, landlord contact info, etc.) the application processing may be delayed. Please fill out all portions of the application thoroughly.
Move-In Policy:
For all apartments that are move in ready, there is a two week max move in date policy from the date of application approval. In addition, the move in date cannot be past the current month. 
Pets Policy:
2 pet max. One $300 nonrefundable pet deposit. $25/mo pet rent per pet. 50lb weight limit
Renter's insurance is required and can be purchased through an affiliate insurance company for $13.00/mo or you may use a separate insurance company, but we will require the policy to be uploaded to the online portal by/before the move in.
