If you would like to request a specific house or with existing roommates in the community, please state in your application, we will do our best to place you in your requested house based on availability. Rooms and houses are first come first serve availability. Note, houses have two floor plans available in the community. The Model Home you tour is not a guaranteed floor plan available.
