Since 1976, Maleno has been in the custom home building business constructing over 1,000 homes and apartments in Erie region. The building of Calico Fields Subdivision initiated Maleno's first residential community. From there, we continued to expand by introducing the communities of Ridgewood, Love Farm, Creekside, South Pointe Condominiums, The Meadows at Summit, Sterling Ridge, Countryside Condominiums, and our newest neighborhood at Harbor Woods at Six Mile Creek in Harborcreek Township.
