The property is included in a furnace filter replacement program. Tenants will pay an additional $10 per month and receive quarterly shipments of the filters. If tenant wants to have a boat it must all be approved by the Lake Oswego Corporation and all of their guidelines. Tenant responsible for all fees involved.
