The system is managed by the landscapers to keep the lawn healthy. The cost of the water usage that this sprinkler system uses to maintain the yard will be the responsibility of the tenants. If the sprinkler system needs to be shut off for an emergency, the backflow valve by the water heater contains the shutoff for the water to the sprinkler system (including hose-bibs).The tenants can be granted access to turn on the sprinklers via a WeatherTrak phone app upon request.
