No smoking. Cats and dogs (up to 50 lbs) are allowed with additional pet rent of $30/mo. per pet and a separate pet deposit. Two pets maximum, per community policy. Pets to undergo online screening once a year, no charges for ESA/Service animals or for applicants without pets. 
$55 application fee per adult 18 years and older. 12-month lease offered with first month's rent and equal security deposit. Tenant is responsible for utilities, but water/sewer is included in rent. Two (2) car limit per association rules.
