A utility surcharge fee of $50 for the first occupant and $25 for the second occupant covers 100% of water, trash, and recycling services. 
Tenants are responsible for setting up an electric account with SDG&E.
Pets are welcome with manager approval, subject to a $100 monthly fee per pet (limit of 2).
