Unit also comes with 1 secured parking. Weekly housekeeping service & one meal daily included with club dues. ALL Utilities included: electricity, water, basic cable, and wellness activities also included. Access to daily leisure activities, wellness programs, arts/crafts, excursions, library/computer room, heated pool and more.
SPECIAL 6 Months lease terms. Monthly fees to be paid by tenant(s): Rent rate is $2,500.00 for single occupancy. If single occupancy, 1st 6 months club dues are covered ($1,237.19/month PER PERSON), after this, tenant must cover own club dues.
If double occupancy, tenant must pay the additional club dues directly to One Kalakaua. Rent is paid to property management.
Lease Terms: 6 months lease to start. Must be 55+. Assisted living services available for an additional fee. Total monthly rent: $2,500.

1. 650+ Credit Score
2. Income of 3 times the rent of $2500 (i.e. $7,500)
3. If you don't have either 1 or 2 met, you will need a co-signer.
4. 1st Month's Rent ($2500) + Security Deposit ($2500) = $5000 prior to move in.
5. Renter's Insurance Policy coverage prior to move in.
6. If you have an emotional support animal/assistance animal, we will need documentation.
