This 3 bedroom unit is a shared space with 2 other roommates where you have your own sleeping quarters but you share common areas such as the kitchen, living room, resident lounge, gym, and outside patio & bar. In addition, you get amenities such as free wifi, on-site laundry, weekly housekeeping of common areas and utilities at a flat rate of $120.
We are creating a vibrant and inclusive coliving community in the heart of LA, at LivingQ. Our renovated 1920’s building is located in Hancock Park, situated near Melrose, Koreatown, Wilshire, and Larchmont Village, next to the Wilshire/ Western - purple line metro and bike share. The neighborhood has a 92/100 walk score, so you won’t even need a car.
