Lease Duration: The minimum lease term for this fully furnished property is 6 months, with the option to extend the lease for up to 1 year. 
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $3,600 is required at the start of the lease. This deposit will be held to cover any damages or outstanding rent and will be refunded within 30 after the lease ends, provided no deductions are necessary.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including but not limited to water, electricity, gas, and internet. Pest control and lawn care are included.
