You are steps from St. Joseph’s University fields and open green space and about two miles from the ever-popular West Hartford Center/Blue Back Square. There you will find live music, some of the top restaurants and happy hours in the area, movies, specialty gyms, and about 10 different ice cream options. West Hartford is also known to consistently have some of the top-rated schools in the state.

The owner of this property is also upgrading the entire heating system to natural gas and installing a new central air!
There are real red oak hardwood floors throughout the house which stretches the place and it feels much larger than it appears from road. The entire outside was professionally landscaped with river rocks and privacy hedges and an attractive blue stone patio was added. The backyard with both the covered patio and blue stone patio are some of my favorite highlights of this property and wonderful outdoor living options. The house was also recently painted.
