Applicant(s) must have at least two years verifiable rental history; or satisfactory mortgage credit history. College and military housing history may be considered. Adverse housing references are grounds for immediate denial of an application. 10. Criminal background containing conviction of a drug or sex related nature may be grounds for denial of rental application. 11. Dog okay upon approval with non-refundable pet fee of $500.00. 12.
