Newer carpet in the living room and newer vinyl in the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen comes with a gas stove & small mini refrigerator. The bathroom has a vanity sink along with a utility closet and generous size shower. Washer/Dryer are on-site and shared with main home *to be repaired/replaced at the owner's discretion.* The driveway is shared and there is also on-street parking. Yard has sprinkler system in the front yard of the main house and yard responsibility are shared with residents in the main house. Tenant must be mindful of sprinklers when performing lawn maintenance. Water, sewer & gas usage will be a pass thru between tenants and billed out separately, resident is to put electric into their own name. This is a no smoking home.
