In 2010, Sharon and LeQuan Hylton (mother and son team) were so dismayed by the lack of quality, affordable housing in Richmond, Virginia, we started a real estate holding company called Unified Properties. As our experience and portfolio grew, so did our recognition and success in the area.

In 2015, we launched Hylton & Company, LLC — a real estate and property management company committed to providing the same level of customer service we used to grow and nurture our real estate properties in the tri-city area.
