Come stay in this beautiful heated pool home with an electric fireplace. The fireplace opens into the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace from the queen size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom also features a master bath with double sinks, walk-in corner shower and a walk-in closet. There are two more bedrooms featuring full size beds for your family and/or guest. The second bedroom opens out to the lanai and pool, while bedroom three has built-in shelves. The kitchen and dining room have french doors leading out to the lanai/pool area and the dining room table seats six. The upstairs loft has a nice sitting area with a queen size sofa-sleeper. This home is minutes from the Myakka River, 10 minutes to the Charlotte Sports Park and 20 minutes to Englewood Beach. Lots of golfing in the area, marinas, SUP, shopping and restaurants.
