Help Me Rent's goal is to provide safe clean housing for our tenants and ensure that the properties we manage are maintained in top-notch condition. In return we expect our tenants to pay their rent on time, and in the amount agreed. It does not matter if the rental is a 1 bedroom apartment for $600 per month or a mansion on a hill for $4,000 - we treat everyone with the same respect and dignity. We only manage properties that have been well maintained, and we only rent to responsible tenants.
