You will then have 24 hours from your tour to let us know if you would like to proceed. If we do not hear from you by the 24 hour mark, your application could be cancelled. If you choose to proceed, we will begin processing the remainder of your application immediately (credit, criminal, and rental references). If your application is approved, you will be asked to pay the holding deposit via your tenant portal within 24 hours. Your lease and addenda will be emailed to you 24 hours after the receipt of your holding deposit. If we do not process your application because an application ahead of you was approved or because you do not meet the income requirements, a refund will be issued for your application fee(s).
