During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

Great location, walk-able to downtown Black Mountain (approximately 1 mile) and Lake Tomahawk which offers a walking track, pool, tennis courts, and playground. 20 minutes to Asheville.
