During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

East Asheville Furnished Rental - Please note: This home will allow one small dog 20 lbs or less and requires a minimum 6 month lease. Tenant responsible for utilities.
This East Asheville cottage is located in a quiet, residential community with nearby schools, parks, and fire department. Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and a public library, you'll fall in love with this idyllic and comfortable locale. Get your morning caffeine fix at Penny Cup Coffee or a savory meal at local hotspots Creekside Taphouse and Rendezvous. Within a 5 minute drive, you'll find additional delicious eats at East Village Grill, Mama's and Beer Mexican Restaurant, and Copper Crown, along with Highland Brewing Company where you can enjoy an incredible craft beer selection, rotating schedule of food trucks, and various events through the year. East Asheville also features numerous grocery stores, including Aldi, Ingles Markets, and Whole Foods. You'll also enjoy the convenient access to downtown Asheville and the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, each less than a 10-minute drive away!
