During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

This apartment is located in the historic Montford area of Asheville. It's an easy walk to downtown Asheville, where you will find fabulous restaurants, live music, art galleries, and shopping. Apartment A is the main level of the house. We love animals, but NO PETS in this home please.
Apartment A is a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment on the main level of the house. It's newly renovated and has all the modern-day conveniences. There's also a washer/dryer, and all the essentials necessary for comfortable living.

Please Note: On-street parking is available for Apt A. Utilities are tenant responsibility. At least a 6 month lease is required.
