During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

This rental is ideal for those seeking a multi-generational intentional community experience with a commitment to shared meals and neighborhood upkeep and beautification. Tenants would be responsible for taking on various community tasks such as gardening, landscaping, etc. on a monthly basis as part of community participation. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, light-filled townhome offers vaulted ceilings in the open kitchen, dining, and living spaces. A screened porch to enjoy your private garden terrace. Covered front porch to take in the sunset. Solar collectors on the roof and radiant floor heating keep utility bills low. Mini-split systems for heating/cooling. The community gardens grow an array of produce irrigated by a water catchment system. Gently flowing creek and trails through the woods. Tenants have access to the Common House with expansive kitchen, dining area, playroom, guest rooms, co-working space, laundry room, workshop, library, and lounge areas. There are also two dedicated outdoor children’s playground and play space. Vibrant West Asheville is only blocks away boasting local restaurants, shops, and music venues. Washer/dryer included.
