During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

peaceful move. Personal designated parking next to loft. Two entrances to loft

Kitchenette is well appointed for all your cooking needs. Includes a Ninja Food 8
qt ( air fryer, pressure cooker, sauté, and bakes) An induction hot plate along
with the pots and pans for those moments you need to boil. Keurig and drip
coffee pot , mixer included. Built-in queen beds have Serta gel memory foam
mattresses for total comfort while sleeping. Built-in storage beneath beds along
with lots of additional storage and hanging opportunities.
Beautiful new large deck that lets you gaze at the mountain views with tranquility
and ease. Walk down the back entrance and arrive at the covered screened area
that has seating and gas fire pit for those chilly nights (gas tank refills are
tenants responsibility. Charcoal grill included. A true ZEN area.
Laundry hookups not available.
The detached loft sits above a one car garage that shares 2 acres of land with a
house that is rented short term when owners aren’t occupying. (Strict rules on
house). The house has its own appointed parking area as well.
This abode will allow a SINGLE (one) tenant a true mountain get away. Sorry no
