- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: Property is equipped with a reverse osmosis water filter system at the kitchen sink. System is as-is. Landlord is not responsible to replace filters, maintain, repair, or replace system. Property is equipped with a water softener system. Tenant to maintain adequate salt levels in system.
Under cabinet lighting in kitchen is non-functional and Landlord will not repair or maintain.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
